I planned, wrote, and sent hundreds of newsletters to thousands of Mohawk College students over three years at MSA. Knowing students rarely have time to read long blocks of text, I helped redesign the newsletter layout to highlight key information and simplify content.
The result? Conversion to mohawkstudents.ca increased by 43%, turning newsletters into a more effective tool for student engagement.
