At The MSA, I worked with the Communications and Engagement team to develop promotional, educational, and engagement-driven scripts for social media and broadcast platforms. Using my broadcast writing background and student perspective, I tailored content specifically for the Mohawk College community.
This work contributed to a 50% increase in engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn, and helped ensure that at least 75% of students across all campuses were aware of and actively using MSA supports and services.
